I can't see the member pricing.

• If you've just registered, it will take about a 1/2 hour for you to see member pricing. You will need to log out and log in again. 
• If you've been registered, you may need to clear your cache and cookies. If you don't know how to do this on your browser, take a look at this article. 
• If you are in a hurry, place the order and send a note in checkout (or contact us here). We'll make sure to reimburse you for the difference.

 I made an error with my order. 

• Not a problem, just contact us and we will make sure you get the correct products. 

 I'd like to return a product

• Sure, returns are taken automatically on unopened products. Just contact us and we will start the return process.
